The restaurant philosophy is based on the enhancement of the territory and its excellence. The seasonal menus are made with fresh and high quality products, selected from the best local artisan producers and Slow Food Presidia.
Attention to sustainability is a cardinal point, with the use of organic and biodynamic products whenever possible. Using type 1 -ground flours of type 1 and wholemeal.
The living mother yeast gives the dough an unmistakable friability and a "vintage" flavor that recalls the flavors of the past. The result is a highly digestible product, with an unmistakable aroma that evokes the tradition of the old wood ovens.


A special attention is aimed at local wines of Versilia and Tuscany, with a selection of labels from small craft producers that are distinguished by quality and care in production, with methods of cultivation and winemaking and biodynamic vinification that respect the environment and health.
In addition to local and biological wines, A-Mare offers a wide choice of wines from different regions of Italy, to satisfy the tastes of each palate, which can also be tasted with the glass.
A-Mare boasts a selection of Tuscan craft beers, to enhance the excellence of the territory, including a wide choice of gluten-free beers, all served in the bottle, to ensure maximum quality and freshness
